Our Middle School Sports Performance Program helps athletes develop strength, speed, power, coordination, and confidence in a structured, coach-led environment.

Designed for athletes of all experience levels, the program focuses on proper technique, injury prevention, athletic development, and building a strong foundation for future success in sports.

Our goal is to help athletes become stronger, faster, more confident, and better prepared for the demands of their sport.

Program Details

  • Open to athletes in Grades 5–8

  • Small group training environment (max 10 athletes) 

  • Coach-led instruction

  • Dedicated Strength Training Days to build strength, power, and resilience

  • Dedicated Speed & Agility Days to improve acceleration, change of direction, and athletic movement

  • Focus on long-term athletic development

One on One Training for Student Athletes

1:1 Training

Our 1:1 athletic performance training provides fully individualized coaching for athletes who need a customized approach.

1:1 training is ideal for:

  • Athletes who benefit from maximum coaching attention

Our small group athletic performance training delivers structured, coach-led sessions in a supportive team environment.

Group training is ideal for:

  • Youth athletes starting in 3rd grade and up

  • Middle and high school athletes training year-round

While training occurs in a small group, coaching remains individualized and closely supervised.

Our 3rd & 4th Grade Foundations Program is designed to help kids build strength, coordination, confidence, and athleticism through fun, age-appropriate training.

High School

We train high school athletes to perform by building the strength, speed, and resilience to compete at their highest level and stay healthy all season long.
