Foundations for Athletic Success

Our 3rd & 4th Grade Foundations Program is designed to help kids build strength, coordination, confidence, and athleticism through fun, age-appropriate training.

This program is not just for athletes. Whether your child plays sports, is thinking about getting involved in sports, or simply wants to be more active and confident in their movement, this program is a great fit.

Through games, exercises, and structured activities, participants will develop:

  • Speed and agility

  • Age-appropriate strength

  • Balance and coordination

  • Body control and movement skills

  • Confidence and physical literacy

Our goal is simple: help young athletes move better, get stronger, and stay healthy as they grow.
