Youth Sports Performance Training FAQs
1
How are sessions structured?
Most athletes train in small, age-appropriate groups with active coaching and technique feedback throughout every session. Groups are capped so every athlete gets real attention — not just a workout to follow.
Is 1:1 training available?
2
Yes. 1:1 training is available for athletes who need a fully individualized approach — whether that's due to a specific goal, an injury history, or a preference for more focused coaching. We'll help you figure out the right fit in an initial conversation.
What ages and grades do you work with?
3
We work with athletes from roughly 3rd grade through high school. Younger athletes focus on movement foundations, coordination, and confidence. Older and more competitive athletes get sport-specific programming built around their season and goals.
Does my child need to be playing a sport already?
4
Not at all. Many of our younger athletes come to us before committing to a sport — or without one in mind. We meet every kid where they are and build from there.
What if my athlete has an injury or a history of injuries?
5
This is actually one of our strengths. Because Continuum is rooted in physical therapy, we understand how to train around limitations and build resilience the right way. If an active injury needs to be addressed first, we can handle that too — all under one roof.
What results can I expect
